Communication was very open via phone calls, emails and in person. They worked well with us and hospice on move in day and the staff made a point to come say hi and introduce themselves to us. Although our father was only there for less than 2 months before the effects of dementia took him, the staff was very caring to ensure he was comfortable and spent extra time with him when family could not. We would recommend this place for anyone who needs to place their loved one in a caring memory care facility.
