I have no complaints about the care that my spouse had received from this company. The caregivers where all wonderful and I was comfortable with the care they had provided him. The best help!
The caregiver that comes to our home is great, we have the same steady person every time. The caregiver is always on time and helped with everything that we ask. It has been a good experience, I would recommend Senior Helpers.

I would recommend this home care agency!!
The caregivers I brought in to help with my husband while he was at a community were wonderful. They helped him when the staff didn't and they keep me informed of his care. I will be using this service again.

Good experience!
Our experience with Senior Helpers was a very good one. The turn-around between calling the service and the caregiver being sent was very quick, and the person they sent us did a wonderful job! Mom was very reluctant about this whole idea, and Colleen really won her over and made it work!

Peace of Mind Home Care
Senior Helpers have been a wonderful agency to help my mother. The care providers are always on time and considerate about leaving on time so she doesn't get billed for extra time. The care has been wonderful, each person meets my mothers needs for cleaning, meal prep, eyes for making sure her insulin pen is dialed to the correct amount, and companionship. They are considerate of her abilities and encourage or allow her to do the things she can do.
The agency has been good at matching my mother up with compatible providers. There tends to be a bit of a turn over in staff, but we have found 2 people who are consistently assigned from week to week. Having a couple of consistent providers gives my mother a sense of security and trust.

Inhome Care for Mom
The ladies at Senior Helpers who have come to help take care of my mother have been life savers! With their care it's possible for mom to be at home instead of in a Nursing home. The ladies have provided care not only for the soul but also for safety purposes. My family thanks this service and the care they provide daily!

We requested only c.n.a since the patient is full care.
The senior helper we were sent was not a c.n.a.
She was able to care for the patient well and we did receive an explanation.
The other c.n.a.s that were sent (1) only one was capable/skilled of giving the service the patient required.
Conclusion: Senior helpers has people that make good companions but only a few of the employees can give care to a patient that needs full care.

Caring for Mom
I feel Senior Helpers is doing a great service for the children of elderly parents who need extra help living on their own. I also feel we were very lucky to have a great helper like Ms. Kathy. She knows how to deal with difficult situations better than I, and I hope she will not let my mom anger her. My mother of 95 has been living on her own since 1988 when my dad died, and it is now time for her to have outside help with housework and shopping while living in her Madison apartment. She has done fairly well on her own up until now, but after her gallbladder surgery at Meriter Hospital in Nov., she has needed extra help in all her tasks of living. She is resisting most of this help since she wants to go back to when she could do more on her own, but I have insisted she accept this help for both herself and me. Her strong need for independence and her fear of spending money she CAN afford to spend is making my life and communication with her difficult, but I am pragmatic and find it difficult to be bullied into giving in and quitting. Why can't she see that her money should at long last be spent on her and her comfort, and not later given upon her death to me and my son in Madison, and my brother and his son in far, far away Ashland, Oregon? If she thought I was a quitter on helping her when I feel I am right, she was wrong. I hope she will soon realize that.

I like them very much. I have very good helpers and they're very friendly. The cost could be a little cheaper but it's okay. The care is good. It's been very pleasant.
