The apartment we rented for our mom was clean, very spacious & provided all the amenities needed and they were willing to make adjustment (“adding grab bars) if needed or required in addition to what was already there. Meals were fantastic with lots of options and the kitchen and waitstaff were also great. Lots of activities going on for mom to join as she wished and in-house church services are held on Sundays which is great for those that have limitations of attending outside the facility. The residents were very friendly and fun, while open to greeting and getting to know the ‘newbies’. When mom went into hospice, the staff went above and beyond. The families need to do their part to make sure of communication. The quality of the meals is getting better. There is a food committee that any one can participate in regards to the dining. Dining room staff is also short handed. The move in process is easy. The room for improvement really depends on paying the 'lower end' staff enough to keep the turnover rate lower. Too many good servers find better paying jobs elsewhere. I definitely recommend this facility.
