A great place to live
I would give all a 5. She loved the place, the people were so nice, her room was cleaned daily. I liked everyone there. She was moved to [community name removed] in January. She had fallen in [date removed]and hit her head. She refused to walk again. She is now bedridden, incontinent, having swallowing issues and showing signs of dementia.

This place is above all expectations. Very caring group. They keep me posted about what's going on with my loved one, either by phone or when I'm there almost every day. They keep things tidy and my loved one really likes the meals. I would recommend this facility to others. The Grove does a great job in striving to make both the patient and family happy.

A great place and highly recommend.
I am very pleased with Rock Hill Grove. They are so friendly and very attentive to Mama. Whenever I walk in door someone will point out where she is. She says she likes it there and they are so good to her. She says the food is delicious. The place is always spotless and the staff is always working. She doesn't go to a lot of activities but they keep encouraging her to try different ones. I love this place and have been 100% happy with it.

Mom calls it home
My mom loves Rock Hill Grove Senior Living. She has a one bedroom apartment which is cleaned for her, laundry washed weekly and 3 delicious meals each day. She enjoys the family environment and the daily activities. She calls it home. The staff at this facility are very kind, polite and caring. Their leadership team is excellent! I would recommend this facility to family and friends.

Rock Hill Grove review
My Dad moved into the Rock Hill Grove in June. He has enjoyed the social activities and has made many friends. At Rock Hill Grove the staff is like family in that they care about the residents. Dad said the food is good. Well it’s better than good it’s been great. Dad has gained a few pounds I. The four months he has been a resident. It really makes me feel good that Dad has fit right in taking part in the activities. He is well taken care of by the staff.

I would recommend Rock Hill Grove to others for their loved ones. In fact I have recommended the community as I am very pleased with our experience. You can feel the caring nature by the staff in the atmosphere. It shows that the staff really care for the residents and enjoy what they are doing. The staff are very nice to work with. They are able to answer questions or address the concerns the family has about our loved one. If they don't know an answer they are good at following up with the family with the answer.
Bingo, reminiscing conversations, cooking class, garden club, movie nights, field trips, and more are some of the activities available for the residents to choose from.
The care, the apartment, utilities, housekeeping, transportation, and all the meals are included in the monthly fee.

The facility and living areas are kept clean. The staff and med-techs are attentive and patient with assisted care needs. The facility keeps family promptly informed of any changes or incidents that occur. The Director of the facility is very professional, knowledgeable, and approachable. My Father needed a place for a Elderly Person to stay during Hurricane Florence. He is Ninety Years Old and He needed Proffesional Help. [Name removed] at Morning Side Of Rock Hill came through for He and I. I called [name removed] on Thursday and was able to move my Dad the next day. When we walked in the front door till the day we left, I felt like they have known me all my life. I highly recommend Morning Side as their Staff was Courteous,Caring, Compassionate as well as being very Proffesional. I really appreciated the Cleanleness of this Facilty both inside and the Neatess of the Grounds that was landscaped with beautiful flowers. My Dad said that the food was Great. Morningside of Rock Hill is the best !
Morningside of Rock Hill is the best ! There were two very important qualities that I was looking for in an assisted living facility for my mom. I wanted the facility to look, feel and smell clean. This was on the top of my list and I am picky. I also wanted the staff to be friendly and caring towards my mom. This was very important because I knew it was going to be a big transition for my mom. Morningside achieved both. From the moment I walked in, I was surprised by not only how beautiful the facility was but how clean it looked and felt and smelled. I was pleasantly surprised. However, the most important thing about the facility is the staff. The staff there is not only friendly but they sincerely care about their residents and the residents family. They put me totally at ease and helped my mom feel at home. I have been very pleased with the care my mom has received at Morningside.

It's bright and there is lots of things for people to do.
This is looking to be a very nice place. It's bright and there is lots of things for people to do. It's set up very nicely. I was impressed with the staff, they seemed pretty experienced with better training, than where we are now. There are other residents that have moved from our current place to this one. It's definitely an option.

Great place, but where are the activities?
Our experience with Morningside has been pretty good so far -- the staff is incredibly friendly, it is clean, and the food is great. My concerns lie mainly with the activities. There is a calendar of activities that is posted, but they never seem to stick to that schedule. The timing of a lot of the activities seems strange, and it seems like the medical technicians are more involved with the activities than the actual activities director. Otherwise, great place!
