Not a fit for any senior.
This facility had one person working there 24/7! She slept on the couch at night and complained of needing her sleep when a patient rang their bell. There was no compassion to the point of being denied coffee with or after a meal!
When I would visit my ailing parent, I was discouraged from speaking to the other residents. There was rarely any laughter or communication there! The residents were afraid of the caretaker! I’m sure it was illegal the hours she was working.
I would highly discourage anyone putting their loved one into this facility!

Best quite and cairing Place ever.
I used a place for mom to find the best fit for my mother, when she desperately needed more assistance than i could provide and work too.
Rising Rainbow Home care has been the best care facility that i could hope for for my mother. the level of care and concern that [name removed] and her staff provides is above and beyond. If i could add extra stars to the rating I would.

This was one of our choices
We were very pleased with our tour here, the staff did a great job showing us around, they answered all our questions and they had a lot to offer their residents as well. It was a nice residential home and would have been a nice fit.

Bad tour for care
We toured this community for my mom's care. We did not like the staff who did not seem to care about the residents. The community did not seem to be clean. The other residents were not able to answer questions on the care. We wanted a community that was willing to work with my mom's needs. The menu seemed to be average. We did not see activities that might have been helpful. We would not recommend this community to other families for care.
