They make sure to have eyes on each and every resident every 24 hours. That makes me feel much more confident that my mother is being looked after even though she is independent. They do offer external extra help for residents and I will be taking advantage of them in the next couple of months since I notice a slow down in my mother over the last few months. \nThe staff here take the time to know each residents name and use them. I find that very nice. It makes the residents feel more at home. We love the restaurant style dining room. Plus the 2 hour window for dining is so much nicer than a set time. My mother is feeling more and more at home here. Which we are grateful for.
