Beautiful facilities, great activity program, poor infection control management
Richview Manor is a beautiful place, with spacious rooms and expansive common areas. The activity calendar is full and varied--always something to do. Food is subpar--who wants jello, pudding and packaged desserts? Most importantly, residents have spent a great deal of time isolated in their rooms due to Covid outbreaks that have extended to spring 2022. This has been especially true of the most vulnerable residents on the heavy care floors, 2nd and 3rd. Management sends out boiler plate information and gets defensive when questioned about safety protocols. Possibly because Universal Care, the management company, is being sued due their horrendous record at Villa Colombo, Woodbridge. Change the management company, and the residents might have fighting chance.

this would have been our first choice due to location as well as the facility. we were impressed with every aspect of the residence and the staff. If the circumstances change this is our first call to see if they have room for [name removed].

nice facility but programming was insulting to anyone with a brain... really ... bingo and casinos and shopping? Surely there is more to life!!
