Redbud Plaza Assisted Living offers a warm, friendly, home-like atmosphere. Redbud is owned by Community Healthcare System (CHCS) and opened in early Spring 1999.
Located in Onaga, Kansas, nestled in the state’s scenic Flint Hills, Redbud offers beautiful, spacious one-and two-bedroom private apartments with planned activities and communal dining.
Our one-bedroom apartments have one bath with easy access shower, and our two bedrooms apartments have two bedrooms with bathrooms and shower. Residents have free access to a fitness center and pool and CHCS medical clinic and hospital services can be reached without stepping outside.
Our personal caregivers provide compassionate care and companionship and encourage independence, while providing 24-hour supervision to assist residents with bathing, dressing, medication and vital sign monitoring. Residents are served a daily continental breakfast with choice menus for lunch and dinner, including a salad bar.
Residents experience planned social and recreational activities, scheduled transportation services and have access to digital cable TV and high-speed wireless internet. Facility maintenance is offered by on-site staff. Utilities, ((electricity, water, heat, air-conditioning) as well as weekly housekeeping and laundry services are included in the monthly fee.
