The leadership team communicates regularly with resident families through a Family Council, frequent email communication, and ad hoc one on one meetings. They listen and, if appropriate, they act. In addition to regularly scheduled activities for the residents, they host a monthly dinner or buffet for resident’s and families. It is an entertaining and fun opportunity to be with other resident families. Parsons House is a care focused facility with a family feel that has worked wonderfully well for our Mother. Assisted living facilities can accept residents with dementia and/or Alzheimer’s.
