They got her through the whole pandemic with the most excellent care. There does not seem to be any turnover in staff, so we have had tremendous continuity and skill in her care. The facility has been completely renovated since our arrival, and the cost will still beat ANY facility in the area. The admissions staff went above and beyond to get her admitted within only a week in order to meet an insurance deadline that would allow her to be fully covered for in-house medical visits to the facility beginning her first day of residence. After four years, they seamlessly started working with Hospice.
