Despite the challenges of the pandemic (my grandma was with them 2020-2021), they made her feel as comfortable and at home as possible, arranging for safe and frequent visits, cooking when possible the meals she loved, helping her spend time in their beautiful backyard so that she could feel more free. They were always responsive and communicative whenever we had questions or wanted to coordinate visits. And at the end, in the final days of my grandma's life, they made their home feel like a second home to my family so that we could stay with my grandma as much as possible. It is clean and everyone is so friendly. The staff here are angels on earth. The care that my mother got was phenomenal. All of the meals they served were home cooked. They had a cool backyard area where people could go sit in a shaded area and get fresh air. The owner had every TV station you could ever imagine for the residents, they have over 300 channels so they could watch whatever they wanted to. It was a great experience and I would 1000% recommend them. It was a far drive for me but so worth it for the care she received.
