[name removed] was released from the Hospital around the first of January, 2023. Nurses from Sacred Heart Home Health were assigned to help her recover at home. The nurses and I quickly found out she was no longer capable to live at home alone. One of the Health Care Nurses, [name removed], agreed and suggested transferring her to a Assisted Care Senior Center, called Oak Gardens Place in Altoona, Wisconsin, to help her recover. To coin a phrase, it was what the doctor ordered. Initially she was upset she could not live at home alone but within the first couple weeks realized she needed help and accepted the care she was being given.\nStarting with the Director [name removed], I and my sister [name removed] cannot begin to thank the administration, nurses, and staff for the positive assistance she received. I and my sister highly recommend Oak Gardens Place for your senior love ones.
