Once I got there, the new manager[name removed] was one of the most sincere people I've ever met. I was beyond impressed that he and his wife, Penny, live there full-time. No other facility has managers on site 24/7. I recently had to call them at two in the morning because there was flooding in my parents apartment and the on call managers were there in moments before I got there about 20 minutes later. They were so kind and compassionate about the whole situation. The facility is very clean. Not the most modern but very well maintained. Most of all, the residents are very happy and lively and welcoming. Even after a month I feel this way. I visited other facilities that were newer and more modern but the resident seemed kind of sad. There was no nonrefundable Community fee to move in.
