Staff was always cordial and friendly and answered all our questions. As it happened our resident was there only a month before passing away. I do think the staff tried to engage in activities and make him feel at home. However he wasn't interested. Our resident felt that he was not getting enough to eat. And when he asked for more he said the amount offered was not much. We had specifically asked that they give him as much as he would eat because he had lost too much weight during an illness. It was very expensive. We chose Mustang Creek Estates in Sachse because I had a friend who was well cared for at Mustang Creek Allen. I was impressed with the staff and their care for her. But chose Sachse over Allen due to proximity to a family member.
