Since my Mom was placed in memory care because of elderly dementia (not Alzheimer’s) they did not have these buttons to push for assistance. Her mobility was quite bad. Since she was not incontinent she required assistance to get into the bathroom. She would yell out for help for someone to come assist her. That is what they told her to do was to yell out. Often they did not hear her pleas so she would try to get to the bathroom on her own.
