Don't want to down grade staff because we bought insufficient level of care. I have no working knowledge in regards to the food. She maintained weight so at least OK. She does not actively engage. E.g meals brought to her. From observations, they have an active general schedule that included family members. Socials, holidays, etc. Very competitive pricing to begin. Several management/marketing changes within months. Increased service related charges.
