Not a great experience
My loved one was here for a rehab stay. She was getting better but they would keep her strapped down in her chair, just sitting in the hallway by the nurses station. She had dementia, but they had her down as being depressed, and even had her on depression medication. She had eyedrops that she is supposed to have everyday for Glaucoma, when she was leaving we asked for them, and they had no idea, they had just put them away somewhere and never gave them to her.
