The staff remains cool and professional when dealing with difficult residents. They also make an effort to have the residents out of their rooms and into the common areas during the day. They had a pre-Thanksgiving dinner for the resident and their guests a week before the actual day. It was really well done and allowed those who could to be taken out for home celebration on the actual day. The did a similar thing with a party the week before Christmas. Again, it was well done. They also took the residents out in van trips to see the Christmas lights. Moving in was not a problem. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout the process.
