The name reflects the experience
The community was kept very clean. The owner is very detail oriented and that shows in the care, staff, and cleanliness. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because I personally like more communication and sometimes it would takes a bit of time for the owner to get back to me. She clearly really cares about the residents and cares about providing the best care for them. I would recommend Kozy Kove to anyone as the owner really cares about all her residents. None of the residents have bed sores at all and some of them never get out of bed, which really shows how much she is paying attention to each of them. We were not at all disappointed! Even on Christmas, the owner gave my mother presents and sent us photos of the parties and the decorations.

I was fortunate enough to be able to move my elderly aunt into Kozy Kove earlier this year after she was unable to stay in assisted living due to behavioral issues. It was a difficult situation because the assisted living facility was insisting that my aunt be moved immediately. [name removed], who is the administrator at Kozy Kove, went beyond the call of duty in getting my aunt moved after hours. She also helped me move and disseminate some of my aunts possessions.
Kozy Kove is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are helpful and friendly and seem to be able to work well with patients who are not always the easiest people to work with. I am very fortunate to have found such a caring and pleasant place for my aunt!

Our family feels secure that our loved one is in good hands and that he is receiving safe, individualized, loving care. The staff is experienced, caring and friendly and promptly keeps us apprised of any issues as they arise. The facilities are clean and well kept.

Poor experience for my loved one!!
My loved one was not pleased during her stay at this community, she was very bored throughout the day and did not have any activities offered to her. The staff seemed to have a lack of care for my mothers needs and where not attentive to her. My mother will not be returning this facility again

Very Affordable Daycare
Very nice place, very expensive, but it is excellent. Mrs. Harper is the owner, and she is very nice, very friendly, ladylike and proper. The helpers that they have are nice. The place is spotless, you could eat on the floor. There are 6 or 7 people that live there. My husband has also been there a couple times for daycare. I leave him in the morning and pick him up in the afternoon, and it's $60 for 7-6:30. I want to live here when I need help, too.
