The fact Kessler's had a secured area for Memory Care was imperative to us. The common area where residents could socialize also was important. Mom had her own apartment which she could decorate as she liked, and we could visit as often as we wished. The NP was super. Mom had access to a nurse 24/7; we cannot give enough praise to the the nursing staff. There were also those outstanding aides that went above and beyond. The availability of the administrative staff was excellent. They were very attentive to our wishes and concerns. Entering and exiting was no exception. We were greeted and sent home with a smile and a caring word.
