Good Staff at Autumn Leaves
This is a pretty good place for your loved one to live. The staff are great. The staff communication is pretty good with the family, especially during the week.
The food is good. for my loved one. The community has activities for the residents, and it would be nice to see the staff encourage the residents in getting out of their rooms more.

Adjustment to a Memory Care Center
It's been a huge adjustment to go from assisted living to memory care. My loved one's dementia really skyrocketed, and we had no choice but to make the change. I think it's a bad time for all companies because of the Great Resignation. I know there has been turnover in the facility since we've been there. The facility she moved from was very small, and there was literally no turnover. So this has been a big adjustment. I don't think it has to do with Autumn Leaves. There are just a lot of people who are not working, or they're changing employment. A lot of it is not the facility's fault. There are some really great staff, and there are some that aren't quite that same caliber. But in general, they just don't have the time to spend with each resident that we were used to in assisted living. The staff have been concerned and responsive when I come to them with issues. But there was a pretty significant issue that we had to come to them several times to get resolved. And even then I'm not sure with changes in staff that if it will stay resolved. It's a beautiful facility, especially when you first walk in and in the common areas. But I feel they could give a little more attention to cleanliness of the individual rooms and bathrooms.

Bad experience
Even thought the community was very clean, we did not have a good experience. The staff members were not as friendly as the other places our loved one had stayed and the care services were not good. Our loved one also thought the meals were terrible, there were no activities because she was pretty much quarantined the entire time. We also thought the value was way to high for what we were getting.

Frustrated
I have had such an issue with the billing department, they d no post my checks correctly and then ask me for copies two and three times. I also had an issue with my mom falling. They promised a lot of things when we moved in like memory activities, church services, and light going down to prepare for sleeping and none of that has happened. The schedule says activities and not all of them happen. They just have BINGO

No refund or Corp response
The staff was great with my mother. She was there for a little over 30 days before she passed away in which time they were loving and caring. My issue now is I am unable to get the refund on her rent. No response at all from the corporate level and it has been over 100 days. They do not acknowledge my calls nor reply. Very disappointed but still hopeful for a resolution

Very Warm and inviting
We liked this community a lot. The living room was very warm and inviting when you walked in. They offer lots of different area for the residents to socialize and visit with friends and family members. The staff was nice very helpful.

Comfort for mom!!
The care that my mother is receiving at Autumn Leaves is very good. She is not doing very well, and the staff is making sure to keep her comfortable and get her what she needs. We are pleased with the facility. The meals are excellent, we have eaten there and have observed her eat. They have activities and entertainment all of the time. They have family functions and we are very pleased, we highly recommend this community to anyone.

Care and Comfort
We toured this community for the care for a good friend. The staff is nice and we able to answer the question we had. The location was nice, but we found a community that was a good fit for our friend. The community was clean and the menu was appealing.I would recommend that families tour this nice community for the care of a loved one.

Positive on all aspects of checklist. Nice facility, friendly, good atmosphere - pricing is higher than we want to spend- will need to evaluate insurance. location not as convenient as Norman locations with higher pricing but atmosphere a bit nicer

We have been very satisfied.
We have been very satisfied. We don't feel like we have to make unanounced visits as much as at the previous facility. They have cameras everywhere, and families can have cameras. They really don't seem to have anything to hide. There are tons of activities going on. There is someone in the front office every weekend, there is a lot of oversight. They have family night once a month there is a lot of engagement. The only thing they don't have is even one male CNA, it's really the only thing I have come up against that could be improved.

Great Care for my mom
This is a excellent community for my mom. The staff is taking very good care of her and are always very helpful. The food seems to be good and my mom likes the variety. They do offer activities. I would recommend this care for other families.

I went on a tour of this community. They did offer activities. It was a nice facility well clean and up kept. It's a new building everything is really new. I liked the set up. The staff was really nice i would recommend friends and family to take a tour they would like it.

Nice Community
This community is very nice, The staff is extremely friendly. Very clean, The food is pretty good as well, my husband and I have eaten here a few times and my mother-in-law has not complained. Over all we have had a great experience with this community.

Could not ask for more!
I can not say enough about the care & staff at this facility. There is always something going on. The staff are consistent & familiar to the residents which makes it so much easier for our loved ones to function. Willie & Lana always seem to be there & are very interactive with the residents. The activities staff is second to none! They always seem to have something going on to keep the minds occupied & moving, during the week, in the evenings, on the weekends... Very impressive! The nursing staff is on top of their game, never abrupt or gruff, always having patience & kindness. I am sure there is someone I forgot to mention, but I can't think of anyone that was not great with our family & all of the residents. This is a place that is comfortable to visit your family member at... You feel as though you are always welcome, the facility is clean & beautiful, and the residents are as engaged as they can be.
They helped our family through a very difficult time. I don't know what we would have done without them. I wish I could move every person to a facility closer to us!

They are wonderful.
They are wonderful. They are great people. The food is like you are in a restaurant. It looks fresh just like you would make at home. It's wonderful, and it was pretty reasonable in price as well. I would give them a 7 out of 5!
