Our garbage is picked up by the handyman, usually weekly.\nIf you want meals 3 times in the independent living quarters it will cost you an extra $[removed] per month.\nIf you want them to do your laundry, it's an addition $[removed]a month. (My Daughter-in-law does mine)\nThe people in the other units mind their own business, but are friendly if you meet them outside.\nThe only down fall I've found since I've been here is, if we have a loss of electric, we do get any assistance from the generator they for the main building.\n Pets are allowed. When I signed my contract I had to pay $[removed], a one time fee to bring my pet with me. Our residents love our social and active environment, with structured activities and social events throughout the week.<br> <br> Each month is a new calendar of monthly activities, with planned trips on weekdays. Many of our independent living residents still drive, and residents are encouraged to take trips when necessary. We have regular physical exercise scheduled six days a week, as exercise is an important part of staying healthy for active seniors.<br> <br> CREATING A BETTER WORLD<br> <br> We believe we can do our part to help create a better world. We provide care based on a guiding set of values.
