Loved one is thriving
My mother in-law is very particular and she is thriving at Jackson Meadow. Of course it took a few months to adjust but now she is content in her new home. She is socializing daily. When we go get her for our weekly family dinner night she is ready to get back home as soon as the meal is finished. She loves the freedom of independent living with the community of others. The staff are great. Always smiling and helpful. She likes that there is a beauty shop inside the property. We are so grateful that A Place for Mom helped us find Jackson Meadow. We recommend both to all our friends who are in need of such help. Thank you to both companies.

Better than we could imagine.
From our first phone call until today, we have had a very positive experience with everyone at Jackson Meadows. Their marketing lady was the initial contact person and was very informative answering all of our questions. We were shown a couple apartments to choose from.
The manager and assistant manager have been wonderful to work with. They care for my dad as well as the other residence. Our family has observed all the staff treating each resident with kindness and respect. They have activities planned and encourage everyone to join in. Their maintenance person handled all issues we had in a timely fashion. He was even there very early to check on the pipes so they wouldn’t freeze when the temperatures were so cold. Even the food choices have been delicious I can’t say enough positives about this facility.

Great place for Mom
Frankly the staff interactions were key. The facilities met their needs. Pricing was good, too. The staff have been excellent.
I would recommend Jackson Meadow to those looking for independent living.

We have been treated with kindness and respect by all of the staff at Holiday Jackson Meadow from the first phone conversation through the move in and this has been better than we could have asked for. Mom seems content. She is making friends and doing great. She even likes the food and she is picky.

My loved one is currently a resident at Holiday Jackson Meadow and most everything has been great for her so far at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. [Name removed] was very helpful and worked well with us. The staff at this facility learn their residents and they allow them to adjust to their Independent Living quarters. I love their relaxed atmosphere. I would recommend Holiday Jackson Meadow to others.

Great Community with wonderful staff
I had lunch and toured the community for myself. There were many choice on the menu and the food was excellent. The apartments there are very nice and clean with new carpet and paint. I like the wide hallways and the decor. The price is affordable with everything included and the staff were so nice. I liked the waitstaff in the dining room just like a restaurant. I will be moving in the spring when my house sells. I had anxiety about going in but [name removed] made me feel comfortable and she was nice.

Tour of Holiday
I toured Holiday Jackson Meadow and it was very nice, however, they didn't have assisted living in the same community. So, we would've had to move my mom if she would've needed assisted living in the future. It wouldn't have been a problem, but it just would have been one more move, and she would have lost all of her friends.

Mom is doing great, Jackson Meadow is a phenomenal place. The value for the money is amazing especially compared to where I live. She is really thriving and interacting with all of the other residents that are her age. The apartment sizes are nice, she has a suite that is about 500 square feet and it is perfect for her. They have 3 different sizes to choose from. It is very open and spacious, has great natural lighting, she has a lot of closet space, and she has a private porch and entry way. She loves the food and gets 3 wonderful meals each day.

This would be a good place for your loved one if you have no medical needs. There are no medical staff if attention is needed but it is a great community for someone that does not need the medical staff.

Just to big
This community was nice and the staff did an excellent job showing us around, they took their time and they answered all our questions. It is a larger community with 3 different levels and we felt that it was going to be too large and that my brother-in-law would not be a good fit here. It would be worth a tour to see the community for yourself.

My fathers care and happiness
The care at this community is good. The staff is caring and attentive. The community is clean and maintained. The variety of the menu needs to be changed for special needs for the residents. He is very happy with the activities. I like that my father is able to sing for the residents and that does make him very happy. I would recommend this community to other families for the care and the value of a loved one.

Not a bad place!
This is a nice clean community. My loved one had someone help her around the community and showed her what the community had to offer. They offer daily activities and she seems to like the food. I would recommend this community.
