Housekeeping is done once a week and her apartment seems very clean. So far, communication with me has been very good. They alert me if there are things that they have concerns over so we can discuss them and decide on next steps. My mom loves the food! It's almost all she talks about, but as I am a dietitian, they are also nutritious and well balanced. I would absolutely recommend this facility.
