If there is an issue, it is best to talk to the Executive Director in person. I had a couple of issues when I moved in. I had to constantly follow up on the issues. The food is pretty good, but you do get reasonable portions. Independent Living only includes a continental breakfast and dinner. If you want to add lunch, you can do so for a cost. They do clean once every other week. But it doesn't include dusting, wiping down baseboards or windows. I am going to hire the lady who used to clean for me. I'm asking her to clean my place extremely well once a month. The meal on Veteran's Day was the best meal ever. They had a very nice pinning ceremony. People look out for each other here, which is very nice. The staff is very nice.
