Meals are high quality
The staff is extremely helpful friendly. I would highly recommend this community. For someone that's fairly mobile. cost for two with meals is [removed] highly recommend physical therapy available. has elevators automatic front doors. Garages at extra cost.

A place for our Aunt
The process was smooth and everyone was very helpful. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. The facility is always clean. The residents are very friendly. The dining room is amazing, with 24/7 options for snacks. This is the second time I have reached out to them.

Mom's transition went great
My ma had covid and even though she was Isolated they brought her food. And when she was feeling better they still let her go outside. The maintenance guy has been super helpful with fixing this or that. It had nothing to do with items the facility supplied but he still helped.
I would absolutely recommend them and have already.

Wonderful Place to Age in Place
They are extremely helpful and know the residents' names. They are always around mingling and trying to help get them involved in activities. They are kind and thoughtful.
The food was over cooked and had very little flavor. They have 2 entrees each night and if you don't like them, you can order a burger or personal size pizza. The veggies tend to be overcooked as well with very little seasoning and no 'crunch' to them.

Nice community
What we like the most about the Huntley Spring Retirement Resort is the friendliness of the staff members. They also have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in. A salad bar for meal times. The residents are nice and inviting and we also like the overall cleanliness. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended the community to others and will continue to do so.

They give the residents privacy, but are there when they need them.
My Dad really likes it there. There is plenty of room. He does wish that he was able to get a garage. But it is nice, the apartments all have patios or balconies attached to them.

A wonderful place for your loved one.
The staff is so willing to help in any way. Moving in they provided us dollies to bring boxes in. They explained everything to Mom and even had her paired up with a resident to help her adjust to the new environment.

Disappointed
Had an issue with the waitlist standby process for different type of room. Did NOT happen the way it was explained to us multiple times.
They just recently added an additional trash can in each area so the cans don't overflow onto the floors.
The food is NEVER hot...barely even room temperature. Complaints made and they either can't or won't fix the problem

Huntly Springs was very nice, the price was better than another community we toured, but the facility was too big and my loved ones would have had difficulty finding their apartment.

This facility is really nice. The food is great for their needs, but not spectacular. Mom does love the ice cream bar. Cleanliness and atmosphere are good. Mom loves it here and is doing well. I would recommend them to friends and family.

I love this place and would highly recommend it if you're looking to place a loved one. The staff are professional and kind. The most important thing for me was that if the level of care changes, you do not have to move out of your apartment to an "assisted living side" like the other facilities I visited. It is well kept up and beautiful in appearance. Food is good. Everyone is friendly and they like living there.

Living at the Springs
Huntley Springs is a truly beautiful place full of friendly faces. The food is amazing, Executive Chef and AM Cook do a great job. Concierge team is super friendly, especially the 2nd shift, [name removed]. She has done so much for us and is always happy to help out! She even picks out movies to play in the theater and they are always a hit! Senior Living Consultant [name removed]was the one who got us to sign on and I am so beyond happy with everything. She still makes time to say hi and check in on us! Managers are also great. Community is just very beautiful and we are so happy to be here.

My husband and I moved into Huntley Springs the very first day it opened 11/15/19. It was our best move!! We have enjoyed everything about this place. Lots of food, good movies, and plenty of activities. No cooking, no cleaning - it's like a vacation every single day!! Love it!!

I feel very comfortable with the atmosphere because it is so relaxing and fun-filled. The food is delicious and nutritious. They even have a Senior Executive Chef. The staff truly makes you very much at home. They even resolve any questions or concerns in a timely manner!
