I wasn't sure exactly what I needed when we started. \nWhen I was just doing 2 four hour shifts it was difficult to get the same people. I just felt like a steady stream of different people. When we didn't care for a care giver I would just call the office and let them not to send the person back. \nThen mom my had went in the hospital and when she got out I had to change the shifts to 24/7. I was out of town just making phone calls. My sister was here. I had told the office I would leave it 24/7 until I got home and decided what we needed. \nOnce home I went to 2 eight hour shifts.
