I can't find anything that is not a 5. At one time a caregiver was not performing well but the problem was immediately resolved and that is why I feel that they have been great to deal with. They have been great and I would highly recommend their services to others.

Do not use. Find another company.
Not satisfied with administrator or office staff. Owner is crazy as a jackalope. I finally received an English speaking aide that didn't require a phone translator program. She was very good. My one nurse I had I would rate a 5. They sent my aide to other clients during my time slot. Sometimes they asked me, but mostly the office didn't let me know, and I was left sitting here without a shower, no help with laundry and food. There were differences in the invoiced amount and the actual amount billed.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Home Helpers Home Care of Fort Myers, FL

A Place for Mom has scored Home Helpers Home Care of Fort Myers, FL 6.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
