a blessing for those with nothing and no one.
some nice people in the office but appears to be a lot of dishonesty and mis information. managers are openly sharing info about some residents with other residents. seems only certain people can get a reply from the office on problems. not much empathy for those worried about the pandemic. workers are on the elevators in large numbers with no masks. which isnt any worse than the majority christian republican residents that refuse to care about others by wearing a mask. very few minorities, too many white christian (openly) racist people. at this time we have 1 Latino and maybe 4 African-Americans in a building of 110 apts. LHP Capital has been renovating but not fixing the building. they put new paint, new floors, new window, new appliances, new sinks, new cabinets, new heat and air units. they did not fix dranage problems, no new doors, no new switch covers, no new wall panels, no new ceilings, did not fix mold problems, nor electrical problems, apts meant for disabled wheel chair using residents are less accessible than the old ones, doors on wrong, doors open into refridgerator. bedroom and bathroom doors open into each other. before the work the rent was $640 a month. now they get $1020 per unit a month. HUD housing so tax payers pay most of that.

Frequently Asked Questions
about Frank Callaghan Towers

A Place for Mom has scored Frank Callaghan Towers 8.5 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
