Her apartment didn't seem to get much cleaning-the floors were usually dusty and dirty. My sister received good care until the last week she lived there. We found out that she fell once and had a bruised eye. We were not called. Then she fell, possibly the next day, and laid there for about 12 hours. She did not have on her emergency button so part of it was her fault. When I was called they said she had trauma to her face and I needed to take her to the ER. Before I could get there, they had called an ambulance. My sister had severe trauma to her face and we found out that she had a broken femur. She had also laid there long enough that enzymes had started breaking down her muscles.
