Yes, there have been shortages of staff but I must say the management can be found working the floors, cleaning the rooms, cooking meals or whatever needs to be done to make sure the residents are well taken care of. As my mom says, “they cook me 3 meals a day, wash my clothes, clean my room and give me my medicine. What else could I want? This is my dream house!” Overall they have really made it easy for our family as we are in this season of our lives. Most important is our mom is treated with dignity and respect in all interactions and has friends to do activities and exercise with everyday….
