Deceitful complex.
This place is not what it seems I inguires about out when it was first under construction . They said the owner wanted no pets in new section . The old section is protected by Hud so any pet owners are safe. Several months after my inguiry about new section , sandy cote called me to say owner decided to allow dogs under 20 ibs. , as I observed the had trouble renting place since it was still empty three months later. I moved in and realized after several months it was a mistake. There was no accommodations for walking dogs so all they did was send letters to me and others about not walking on grass pavement, anywhere on property. This lasted two years!!!! Plus all the other rules, do not open windows!!! Or you get a fine, can't smoke not even in your car, main tangency took picture if one resident inking in her car in Feb. She got a 50.00 fine, for smoking on property. No candle burning, when snow plow comes you need to move car and not return to your apt for two hours so they tell you to drive around. They block apt complex entrance!! Letters letters, rules rules, some of the residents who have been there for years say next there will be bars on windows. Since Stewart management mainly Sandy Cote married into it, the rules have become unreal for a community if seniors who should be in their twirler peaceful years! Since nov I have had letters of my dog 5ib yorkie barking then one stating I could not leave him alone or I'll be fined. Even after all my neighbors wrote letters stating he never barks they forced me out!!!! Stating they are no linger allowing pets in complex this now cause they have a list of unknowing people to rent place. I have just left after two years in new building and will never rent from anything they manage.
