My mother in law was assessed as a level 4. The rooms are nice. Some have a sink and refrigerator and others do not. Size also varies. Rooms are clean. Food for most part is good. There are days when take out would be better. Staff on 2nd and 3rd is a mixed bag. Sometimes meds are delivered and sometimes not. My mother in law gets eye drops and we decided the facility should do all meds. Application is over done and she runs out. There are a few who don’t want to be bothered. That is the exception. We go every night and check on her. I wish we could have sat down with the outside service providers to understand what they offer like podiatrist and doctor. I also noticed the improvement in my mother in law and had to ask for a reevaluation to decrease the care cost. They did do it. With everything this a two way street. My mother in law can be stubborn and that adds to the mix. Overall we like the facilities. <p>Clifden Court is a <em>community based residential facility (CBRF)</em>, which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision.
