Awful, place for mom, maybe if you disliked you mother. Pig styes, carpets are not new old carpet, walls are not painted new. It’s a vacation resort for roaches, they claim that terminators come in, she never saw them, and roaches were ready to carry her away. Also they will sneak when you are not there, go into your room look around and take things. The manager [name removed] is the worst. Smile while see cuts you in the back. senile old woman should be in a nursing home not being [name removed] in a retirement building. she will lie steal and cheat you. All lip service. The place is a joke, please please be forewarned

The information on this website is full of mis-truths. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and WiFi is far from free. Not only that but you are required to get spectrum. No other internet is allowed and it costs me $60 a month on top of the outrageous rent. The laundry room is filthy and cost 1.50 per load to wash and another $1.50 to dry. There are roaches and bedbugs throughout the building. The building is not secure at all. The website states parking is free but I had to pay for mine and it is NOT secure. The garage door is broken at least 6 months out of the year which means it is no different than a parking lot. It’s supposed to be a building for 55+ but there are more young people and small children than older adults. All the rooms they mention are locked as well as all public bathrooms. I DO NOT recommend living here.

A Place for Mom has scored City Parc at Pine 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
