(One family insisted on bringing silverware in to remind mom of home. Those items were removed as soon as the family left) the staff goes through training for a week before they are put on the floor. They keep the staff assigned to the same people as much as possible. The dining staff knows what your person dislikes and provides an alternative meal on the days it is scheduled for.
