There were a few factors that went into this decision...friendliness of the staff and watching how they interacted with their residents, talking with other family members who had residents living there, the amount of care our parents would receive, and the location.\nAfter choosing Bliss, there was never a single minute that I regretted that. The staff became our family and they treated our parents as if they were theirs. Often we would hear the staff tell Mom and Dad that they loved them and we would also hear Mom and Dad say the same. \nUnfortunately, our parents both passed in the 8 months they were there, with only 4 months apart. I truly cannot imagine their end of life being any better anywhere else.
