We are conveniently located near 1-40, off exit 100, only 5-7 minutes away from the area hospitals, and approximately 50 miles from Asheville, North Carolina.<br> <br> For the past 19 years, James and I have owned and operated multiple assisted living facilities. James is a certified administrator and long time North Carolina business man that has worked exclusively in and around Morganton since 1991. I have served as co-administrator as well as an onsite board certified gerontology nurse. Combined, James and I have served the community for almost 40 years.<br> <br> The Quaker Meadow Family Care Home admits only six residents and is located on 4+ acres in a quiet residential neighborhood. The property has ample area to walk and enjoy our organic garden, as well as a fully fenced in chicken coup. Some residents enjoy feeding the chickens or even planting a small garden during our beautiful spring, summer, and fall seasons.<br>
