Housekeeping was to be included.\n\nI believe that quality of care includes housekeeping I believe that called if care also includes the ability to D escalate when a patient is having a moment\n\nQuality of food the quality of food could use some work on it usually it's not very healthy. I am not for sure if it meets the daily allowance of nutrition.\n\nActivities has been pretty good\n\nValue there's no nursing staff they have not been cleaning the apartment on a regular basis because she can't do the dusting she's been vacuuming her own apartment. When she moved in the floor was dirty and it didn't get cleaned until she got a mop. Some of the residents feel like they're left out because they're not like the favorites of the administration. Their vans do not have wheelchair accessibility.
