They allow me not to worry about anything. Very proactive. Mom's biggest complaint is the food at this point. She says the quality has gone down quite a bit. My low score on value is probably unfair but there have been price increases and for a studio she is paying almost <fee removed> monthly now just for the rent portion. Seems high to me.
