The staff was most helpful. According to my loved one, the food was outstanding. It's a very clean facility and they assisted my loved one with making sure that she was clean as well. They hired a nurse supervisor that, in my opinion, was/ is a compulsive liar. Instead of addressing issues she preferred to cover them up and that was the beginning of the decline of the facility. After being there for seven months, we all decided that my loved one needed more help. Therefore, we moved her to a nursing home. I do need to add that the administrator, [name removed], is outstanding! She works long days and weekends too, filling in areas that are short staffed. She has a God given skill in caring for the elderly. I would definitely recommend this facility as long as the resident has family to check on them and make sure everyone is doing their job.
