About 80% of the staff are hard working and very caring. I have visited many times with a duration of 5-6 hours per visit. This is a memory care facility and it's probably difficult to get reliable staff but we have con the whole been very impressed with the care my mother has received. She tends to fall and they have a camera in each room to report any falls. We have been notified each fall and the staff will use their personal phone while in the room so I can be included in the assessment and decisions for my mom. They get to know my mom and report to me how she is doing when I'm not there. They are heroes working there. We had an unsatisfactory experience with Brookdale Canyon Lakes assisted living and it took a lot of convincing to try another Brookdale but the memory care is so much better, night and day! We feel it's a safe place. Couldn't say that for the other AL.
