We have had a wide range of knowledge and ability in caregivers. Once we found a compatible caregiver, she has been very consistent. Overall they have done a really good job. The owner was very approachable and right on top of things. Since this is home care the cleanliness and the activities do not apply.

My wife has ALS and the new owner and Kayla came out to ensure they could provide the right care.
On two occasions the sent out inexperienced workers. Not there fault as they were the scope and skill set required for my wife was not conveyed by the owners.
When I called to let them not they really did not care and put no effort into trying to provide further help!

The new management at BlueSea strives to exceed the industry standards for seniors wishing to successfully age at home. As you rightly said, the period you are referring to was indeed a transitional period away from the old practices that targeted a larger audience. There has been a quantum leap forward since then and the efforts made by BlueSea Care have been acknowledged and endorsed by reputable successful aging authorities in Southern California such as the Council on Aging, St. Jude and the Alzheimer's Association - to name a few. We focus on the Wellbeing of our seniors and we're committed to providing them with service excellence and value through our proprietary person-centered care based programs that are individualized and managed by our Gerontologists and Behavior interventionists. We had a pretty good experience with them.
We had a pretty good experience with them. We had a difficult time finding a compatible caregiver. They were patient about it at first, but after a while they seemed to give up. Billing was also a little bit of an issue. Eventually we did find a great caregiver. Even after moving she still comes and visits, just to say hello.
