This is our first endeavor into the Active Adult 55+ arena.<br><br><b>How much experience do you have in senior care?</b><br>We are a husband and wife team, these rentals are build within the same subdivision as our personal residence. Chie is a Registered Nurse with hospital experience in orthopedic, medical surgical, organ transplant, and now emergency medicine. Phil helped his grandmother who cared for five+ full time residents, providing meal, hygiene, laundry, medication, and activities. (Please keep in mind we are not currently offering any nursing or medical services besides the cabin.) <br><br><b>Geographic Information</b><br>What is the name of the neighborhood/region in which your community is located?<br>Henderson County, North Carolina<br><br><b>What would attract someone to this neighborhood?<br></b>We are relatively close to town and the airport, but due to the terrain, it is still very rural.<br><br><b>What are some of the things close to your community?</b><br>30 minutes to AVL Airport, 20 minutes to Hendersonville, Arden, Fletcher. Our development has Conserving Carolina property located very nearby, walkable. Western North Carolina has virtually limitless outdoor opportunities, hiking, horseback riding, waterfalls. All major shopping chains and grocery stores are relatively nearby - within 30 minutes. (And it takes about 10 minutes just to get off our mountain.) Instacart delivers to our community. <br><br><b>What nearby cities and neighborhoods do you serve?<br></b>The greater Asheville area, including Hendersonville, Arden, Chimney Rock, Fletcher, Lake Lure, Mills River, and more.
