Biltmore Assisted Living
My mother is no longer at this facility, I will tell you it was not a good place. I could not stay in dining room while they ate. They didn't want me to see the crap they served, there were no activities. Residents would eat their meals, & went right back to their rooms. They never had enough help, only one CNA. I wouldn't even rate them a one! Worst run facility ever, all they did was lie to me, just to get my mom to move there. Someone should send the State to check this place out.

Review for Biltmore Assisted Living
I would say, as long as [name removed] is the manager there, do not take your loved one to the Biltmore assisted living. She was extremely rude to me and my brothers. However, if she was replaced with someone else like [name removed], I would definitely recommend the Biltmore assisted living.

Not recommended
There are not enough CNA'S to work here at Biltmore Assisted Living. There is only one CNA and that's daily. They are very short staffed! They could have more activities, which they have none. The food needs a lot of improvement. It's awful, taste wise. I would not recommend this facility to family and friends.

A Place for Mom has scored Biltmore Assisted Living 7.2 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
