The Berkshire is locally owned and operated by a family with over 30 years experience. Quality and compassionate care is our goal, in a beautiful home atmosphere. Services include 24 hour care and supervision, personal care assistance, meals, snacks and special diets, incontinent care/management, medication supervision, furnished rooms, activities, RN supervision plus Wellness program and much more.

Understaffed, can wait 15-20 minutes. Waiting for staff member, even worse when at night. Staff IS polite and helpful when available. Food is worst type of cafeteria junk, dietician is needed as is a proper cook. Facility is clean and well kept.

Clean, Well run, nice friendly staff
The staff have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. I was concerned about security but their staff are very vigilant about who comes in and who goes out.
Everytime I have been by to visit; the facilities has always been very well lit, and looked well cared for.
My grandma has been happy at this place, and looks well cared for. I trust them to help my grandma live comfortably and enjoy herself. This helps to take the burden off of making sure she's ok.

My grandmother was there and they took amazing care of her. She was very difficult, and asked to leave other places. We were quite distraught. That was until we met the administrator. We were impressed with her knowledge, and the care staff who knew how to care for her. Best decision we made. Thank you so much! We really appreciate them.

My Mom was well cared for at The Berkshire
The Berkshire took care of my mother for many years. She was well cared for in there memory care unit. Found the staff to be extremely caring and in interested in my mother's well-being. I would highly recommend using the Berkshire. Great value, great care, and great people!

They seem to take a special interest in the clientele and extended family. They seem to be very diligent about the safety the residents. Also any specific care or needs that they have, the staff does as much as they can to accommodate.

Wonderful for Dementia Patients in Memory Care Unit
Wonderful facility. The staff is very attendant to the residents. The activities that they have in the memory care unit have made my Dad's stay there pleasant. The facility is very clean and letting the patients personalize their room is encouraged.
