Engaging activities, excellent communication, and the staff to resident ratio is what keeps it more manageable for the staff to care for the residents at the memory care center at Addison. It has not been that long since my dad has been admitted, but we are very happy with our experience so far. Only one thing I would recommend or feel more safe is when it comes to my dad’s safety. A safety band or some technology that triggers an alarm when a resident falls would be great to help the nurses have more sets of eyes.
