Very terrible place for seniors.
The owner [name removed] is very sneaky. She didn't do what she promised after you moved in. The workers didn't do their work. They were chatting, watching dramas and playing video games in stead of supposedly taking care of seniors. Besides, they gave water with used cups. They argued all the times when you asked questions or requested changing in the bedroom... They only made the seniors even more sad and helpless!!! Very unprofessional! One star is even too much to give them. They should have a zero star.

Very inconsiderate, uncooperative and unprofessional
Very inconsiderate, uncooperative and unprofessional elderly care boarder home for seniors. It's like a prison. They only favor the person who's the POA, rest of the visitors will be locked out of the door. They'll tell you that they're instructed by POA.

Thank you for making time to meet with me and providing information along with the tour of your facility. While your facility is nice, my family has decided that we want to place mom either closer to my brother or myself so that we have more access in reaching her daily even if just to drop in and say hi. Again, thank you for your time. May God bless and guide you as you minister through senior care to these very precious people. Ginni

A Place for Mom has scored Banner Ridge Country Home 1 out of 10 using our proprietary review score.

We assign review scores to give a more reliable view into senior living communities and home care agencies. Our review scores prioritize reviews that are recent — the past 24 months — because we know families need current information when choosing senior care.

Those with many recent, positive reviews receive a high review score, while providers with few recent reviews — regardless of how positive — receive a lower review score. Communities with no recent reviews will not have a review score, even if older reviews are positive. The maximum A Place for Mom review score a community can receive is 10 points.
