Communication with the family has been excellent in noting any changes in our loved one's condition or medications. Having been present for the weekly room cleaning, the staff person was meticulous, every surface was washed or vacuumed. The staff from the front desk to the Aides (for the most part) are friendly and willing to help with any needs. The staff are very genuinely kind to our loved one and she expresses regularly how happy she is with her care and the room she stays in! We have hospice as a complementary service, which adds to the quality of care. I highly recommend this facility as price is reasonable and care exceeds our expectations compared to a much higher priced facility (with fancier amenities). The food is adequate, with special meal days. The staff regularly prepares extra favorites for my loved one and know her likes and dislikes.
