Nice to be around others

Great Place for Senior Living
Wow! I highly recommend Atria Evergreen Valley Senior Living. I was very impressed as I walked through the front garden to the entrance lobby. I felt I was at a Marriot Resort. Atria is absolutely beautiful! [name removed] gave us an excellent tour showing us the outside courtyards and the many rooms to accommodate the residents and their needs.
[name removed] made me feel at home with her outgoing personality, and professionalism. She's extremely courteous, very informative and answered my questions with patience and a smile. I am so impressed with what Atria has to offer for seniors, a sense of community with many activities to connect with others, plus more. I highly recommend Atria.

Peace of Mind
Of all the Memory Care establishments we visited, Atria Evergreen Valley is exceptional. This is what we observed during our tour; the staff were very attentive to residents, the rooms have ample space and very clean, the dining menu is excellent, plenty of activities for all levels.
The ratio of staff to residents is good - always a qualified staff member during late hours.
The cleanliness of Atria really stands above all others. From the inside to outside, Atria is immaculate. I didn't see a single instance of neglect during our tour, something my mother would appreciate.
When the time comes, Atria will be my first choice for Mom.

I have been living her for over 3 years, and moved here from another Atria. The people are great - both staff and the people who live here. I enjoy playing bingo and love the lasagne dish. They keep the place clean.

I fell in love with the trees
I’ve lived here for several months. I like everything about the community. It’s a beautiful place. The first time I saw this place, I fell in love with all the trees. It’s the place to be. I made quite a few friends here.

Clean and fair

Great Team & Facility
We visited and toured Atria Evergreen Valley for a family member. Even though circumstances did not work out for a placement, the entire process was exceptional. From our initial inquiry to touring the facility to various consultations, every staff member we visited with were extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They are a very customer oriented organization and I am sure would do a fabulous job for anyone becoming a resident there.

Our Experience
The food needs improvement in variety. Transportation needs more drivers for appointments and outings. Also, communication between departments needs better coordination so that everyone is on the same page about what is happening with the residents.

We called last minute to ask if we could possibly tour the facility that day, Sunday. To our surprise, a tour was scheduled and we were able to see three apartments. The tour facilitator was thorough, kind, and it was helpful to hear his experience working for Atria. The backyard is spacious and beautiful. We saw two one-bedrooms and one two-bedroom. The promotion that is going on for the two-bedroom made it very enticing. Atria Evergreen is the right size and the residents that we happen to come across in the gathering room were very friendly. The place is clean. Atria Evergreen is a welcoming place to live.

Warm & inviting. Staff is very comforting to residents & family
Evergreen Valley Atria is a very nice place My brother stayed for three months at [community name removed]. He was quite well taken care of. At the time we selected [community name removed] , [name removed] had no desire to move back to California. Once he found that recovery would be a long Ed decided that being near family was important. The Atria management and staff are pressing, courteous, and friendly. While a place for moms played no part in the selection, I have several acquittances there and was looking at them before I ever spoke with [name removed] . We are very happy with Atria, and my brother has quickly adapted to his new home.

You're in good hands!
The staff is very friendly. I don't like the way that the billing is done. Doesn't give a breakdown on the added charges and the communication between the staff and family could be better on their end. The move in process was good and I like that they have one of the people living there to help acclimate new people to the facility. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would recommend Atria for a family who is looking for a safe and comfortable place for their parents to live.

An Incredible Place!
My grandmother sadly passed before she got to move into Atria Evergreen Valley. Everything at this facility is great! The staff was SO nice and SO welcoming and the facility was so beautiful. For what it's worth, we had reserved her apartment there and were very excited for her to move in. It's an incredible place!

I met with [name removed] at Atria Evergreen Valley and then toured the facility with her. I was extremely impressed with all of the information and materials she shared with me, especially the cost-planning tools. Every staff member I met was exceptionally nice and professional and seemed to truly like and care about his or her job. Residents I saw seemed happy and well cared for, and the array of activities for the residents was impressive. Overall, it was a warm and caring environment.

Visited Atria Evergreen [date removed] with my friend. This was her response: Please let Atria know that the friendliness of both staff and residents stood out to me. [name removed]'s detailed information was especially useful and her patience in answering our questions was helpful. The brochure is a big help for planning the big move, particularly the financial comparison outlines. The lunch was tasty in the spacious, sunny dining room— Thank you. A smaller community has many advantages.
