Great move for my mom
My mother had been at another facility and our family was not happy with her care. My brother and I visited Arden Court and immediately saw the kindness and care that all resident were receiving also the information we were given by [name removed] was incredible. 3 months later we couldn’t be more happy, activities are great every staff member is kind and helpful. There have been a few minor issues that we are still working on. They do a very good job keeping the place clean and odor free. The people I've met are all wonderful.
Quality of care - this is one of the minor issues I mentioned. My mom had a fall and spends too much time alone in her room. My mom really likes the food. If my mom won't participate, then what good are they. It seems a bit expensive to me, but compared to other facilities I guess the price is ok. Yes, I would recommend them to others. People need to make their own decisions about care for their loved ones, but I would recommend Arden Courts to people looking for a memory care facility

Very, very helpful & patient in answering all questions! Made us feel welcome from the initial phone call, to the in person visit!! EVERY STAFF member greeted you with a smile, helped in every way! So very encouraging!! Ms. [name removed] was my initial point of contact and saw us through the entire process! [removed] a Gem no doubt! Put all of my fears to rest! The aides, nurses, executive staff, doctors were always accommodating and supportive of my Father and our family! The community is very welcoming, clean, not over populated! The atmosphere was calm and has a homey feel, made Fad feel right at home! Phone calls were always returned in a timely manner. Maintenance; Mr. [name removed] was so helpful with anything we needed! I am a wife again
I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful Arden of Cherry Hill is. I was in a really bad place with my husband. He was having behavior problems from his disease and was getting hard to manage. I met with [name removed] and [name removed] and they helped me not just find a place that would care for my husband but they taught me to be his wife and not his caregiver. We danced at activities went out to Olive Garden for lunch with others. They have a family support group that gets it. I have made friends. I miss my husband as he was but I have found that when(as I was taught by Linda) “I meet him where he is at. We can still have a wonderful time in spite of this horrid disease. The staff and the place are wonderful. I don’t know where we would be without Arden Courts!!!

Look no further when dementia is diagnosed
I am beyond impressed with the service, care and professionalism at Arden Courts Cherry Hill. Their focus and knowledge in Memory care is unmatched. Not only has Arden provided for a safe and healthy place for my mother they have also supported and assisted my father in a difficult time with how to navigate this disease, best care for mother and how he fits into the care plan as well as how to have meaningful visits with her. The passion that [name removed], ED and [name removed], memory care advisor exhibit for this field of work shines through, their communication is exceptional and very much appreciated and their support is valued tremendously. The entire team of caring individuals have made an incredible difference in my Mother and my Father’s life as well as the rest of the family and we couldn’t be more thankful and grateful. If you’re losing sleep at night thinking about proper placement for your family members and they have a form of dementia, I promise you, look no further then right here.

We liked that Arden Courts did not use cognition as a determination on where residents went, they were all mixed together and could interact with one another. The facility itself was not as aesthetically pleasing as some others and the gal who runs the place (who was brand new) did not look very professional.

Overpromised in their Care
Sister lived there and spent quite a lot of time of the phone as lived a few states away.
We were led to believe the care would be quite a bit better as she was Type 1 diabetic with Dementia and they overpromised what they were able to deliver for those needs.
I believe if she was not bouncing around from Hospital to Arden Courts and back it would have been more beneficial.
